Ruckus Switch no longer powering up

I have tried moving the Switch no lights or sounds are coming from the unit.I have attempted moving the unit to new outlets and tried other power cords and it still is not powering on.I also submitted Ruckus Case 02195385SN: ***********

Not powering on tried reboot didn’t work when plugged in the status lights all flash amber and then turn off need help with this situation Thanks.
