I’m trying to log into my unleashed app, any help would be greatly appreciated. Info below:

1. Is this a Lennar Home RUCKUS setup?

2. Could you please share the exact error message you see when trying to log in to the RUCKUS Unleashed application?

3. May I know the model number of the RUCKUS Access Points?

4. When logging into the Unleashed application for the first time, please ensure that your device is connected to the Wi-Fi network being broadcast by the RUCKUS Access Point.
