Faulty equipment, need an RMA

No internet or wifi starting 3 AM this morning. I unplugged the Ruckus ICX-7150-C12P and am able to connect hardwired to the internet. If I plug it back in I lose the hardwired connection and still no wifi.

Recently my AP's started to periodically lose power.  After doing some troubleshooting I noticed that when the ports on my switch were lit, the AP's worked.  If not, the AP's would not work.  Rebooting the switch would restore the AP's for a limited ...
