ICX Switch stuck pending. Swtiching code not working and cant upgrade.

Hello,

 

So I am running into problem where my switch is stuck as pending. I tried switching the code through the CLI and changing the boot sequence to primary in the web interface but nothing is working. I also tried upgrading the switch but get an error saying bootrom is an invalid input. Below are my screenshots.

Based on the information provided, it appears that your Switch is stuck on the Routing Code.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

Please Enter the below commands in CLI to fix this issue:

Note: Hit Enter to accept each command 

enable

copy flash flash secondary 

boot system flash secondary yes 

Example: 

VIDEO LINK AS REFERENCEhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eem1IBgYaWc

ICX7150-24P Router>enable (hit enter to accept the command) 
ICX7150-24P Router#copy flash flash secondary (hit enter to accept the command and wait: until the flash finished) 
ICX7150-24P Router#boot system flash secondary yes (hit enter to accept the command: the switch will reboot)

 

Regarding the Switch upgrade process, we recommend transitioning to version 08.0.95g, identified as the stable version for Lennar Home users.

To facilitate this transition, we have recently introduced an upgrade tool tailored to ensure a seamless process. Utilizing this tool is straightforward: users simply need to input the IP Address, Username, and password associated with the Switch into the software interface.

For your convenience, please find the necessary resources below:

  1. Download the Upgrade software for Windows: Link: Upgrade Software for Windows
  2. Access the Upgrade Software User Manual: Link: Upgrade Tool User Guide for Lennar SmartHome users

Hi Imran,

Thank you for the quick reply. The upgrade tool worked but now my switch is stuck on "connecting". How do I resolve this?
