Still Unable to Log In

I am still unable to log into the Ruckus app.  I continually get the message "You are not connected to Unleashed network.  Go to Settings?"  Could someone give me a "simple" explanation on how to correct this?  Thanks

Ruckus One Welcome Email

Hello,I have been in my Lennar home since 2021. I just received an email Welcoming me to Ruckus One. I did not sign up for Ruckus One. Can you explain why I received this email?Thank you.

Resolved! Ruckus One

I'm a Lennar customer, but I received an email telling me to set up a new account for Ruckus One. When I downloaded and tried to use the Ruckus One app for Android, it didn't allow me to set up an account. Should I just ignore the email?
