Stuck in boot mode

I have reset my switch at least 10 times and I still get green PWR and yellow SYST lights. The switch is stuck in the boot mode. I do not have a laptop computer to do the next step.

AP's not working after internet outage

We had an outage with our isp and following restoration our internet still wasn't working so I reset all equipment. Upon restarting the only device that has internet working is my desktop which is wired to the switch. I've factory restored the router...
