WIFI very slow

Hello- I recently had a power outage, think the breaker in my Laundry room tripped. This made the Ruckus box have one of the lights in yellow not green so my internet tech suggested we reset the Ruckus box by disconnecting the power cord and pluggining back in this worked and both lights turned back on green. The issue I continue to have is the WIFI on ALL devices, Smart TV, Laptop, smart phones etc us still very slow I have never had this issue, my internet provider came in person and also troubleshooted onsite and they state everything on there end is good with the equipment so there should be no reason for the connectivity to be slow. I called the customer support and was advised to post on this community. How can I check my Ruckus box (main box) the one that the router and modem of my internet company is connected to is working properly?

May I ask what your finally solution.  Did you new extenders?  I'm having the same issue.

Thank you for reaching out to me. The problem has not been resolved. My current internet company, Frontier, supplied me with a eero Wifi router. I would still like to connect to the Ruckus. This whole incident happened last year when we had a total power black out in my house, it affected the room where the Ruckus ICX box was in, ever then the WIFI is not the same. I have attached some photos of the 2 wave to WIFI access point. The 1st picture some of the lights are not on as the other one almost all lights are on and before I had this issue both mirrored the same lights and the Ruckus worked. I'm attaching a picture of my networks and the Lennar-72000770 is the Ruckus network.
 
When I contacted Ruckus thru my builder Lennar I was advised there was only a community forum to chat with a representative and under no circumstance I was able to connect to a live person even after numerous attempts calling, I was routed to the forum. When I was chatting with a representative through the forum I was asked to run several scenarios to troubleshoot the issue, meaning running commands and downloading software all out of my league. This was extreme IT technical troubleshooting, I was lost so I gave up.
