Anyone in Gabion Ranch? I have to WAP's that I cannot seem to connect. Master has all the appropriate lights on from when I registered and changed the name, however the other 2 are not connected and constantly off line. Any idea or tips on how I can connect these or reconfigure them? I am DEFINITELY technically challenged so if anyone can help me with the simplest of steps and in a way that I know I wont ruin my ATT Internet set up, I would appreciate it. Thank you!

Hi @SD

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

Seems like there is some misconfiguration of the Access Points, now we need to factory reset the APs. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new SSID.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

I have done the physical factory reset and the Living Room and Loft WAP's are still doing the exact same thing. And now, my Master is as follows:

5G: Green; 2.4G: Amber; AIR: off; CTL: Green; PWR: Green

And now this is how my Ruckus app looks: ruckus app.jpeg

I logged out of the app and logged back in and it told me I wasnt connected. So i reconnected to my WiFi and this is now what the app shows:

Hi  @SD

Thank you for the response and the update.

Did you factory reset the AP by unplugging the cables of the other APs from the Switch panel except for the one on which you performed the factory reset?

If 2.4G and 5G lights are amber, it states that the connectivity is up and there are no devices/clients connected. When any device/client connects to the 2.4 or 5G radio the lights turn green. Please refer to the below link for more information about the light status of the RUCKUS R510 Access Point.

Please try to connect any device to the new SSID you created and check the internet connectivity.

Hello,

Yes. I made sure that only the Master was connected. I am going to try it a second time.
