Hi, I have a new issue. Significant lag time when accessing any web sites. If I switch the network to my ISP router, I have no lag, but when I use the Ruckus R510 AP points ( I have 2), I get waits of 30 - 45 secs and more, sometimes getting "no internet" errors, but it eventually connects to the site I am attempting to access. Also when logging into the unleashed app/manager network, I have to try multiple times to load the clients. This house was built in 2020 and I am the 2nd owner. Was able to connect to APs in my last request. But its very very slow. What are the pictures do you need?
We have 2 ways to access to the Switch 1- In a logical way via Ip address (Ip address are logical addresses given by the local router) so we would have to track which IP is that of the Switch (that is using).

Thank you. With help of my friend, I was able to run "secondary" and looks like its faster now. Need to access it for 2 or 3 days and check.
All these information's are high level tech people and not for simple home users. Also, I was not able to connect to switch OR find IP address of Switch. I wasn't able to add my switch to my Unleashed page. access points and wifi networks, all shows without any issues.

Your team is helping here a lot, however, its difficult to keep watching if any reply came, OR access the information as soon as we get it. Job, house chores, High tech instructions- are very difficult to work as everything is not seamless as in the instructions.
