Power Outage, no power to R510's

Power outage a couple days ago and the 2 R510's have no power, nothing, no LED lights, nothing. Unplugged the router for about 10 minutes. Still nothing. Router has a green and yellow light illuminating. What do I need to do to get the power back to ...
