Software recovery steps

I've got to the port step before boot and recover software.  Unable to connect to port between switch and laptop.  Ive made sure the ethernet cable is plugged into slot 13 and plugged into the laptop.  When seach through the device manager for the com port number.  When I go to Putty and change the port to the com port number it wont connect.  Any ideas?

1-Could you help me by indicating the color of the lights of the access point?  ( box on the ceiling ) ? 


2-How many access Points do you have?

All lights are lite except for "AIR".

This communication is ridiculous, the time it take to find a resolution to a problem with your product is ridiculous.  I have to waste a day trying to figure this out.  Hello?

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. 

Could you please let us know if you have performed the factory reset of the Access Points as described in the earlier posts? (Sharing it once again below)

Please read the following guide for the same: 

IMPORTANT NOTE: As you have multiple Access Points (APs) in your house, please make sure you only keep the affected/configuring AP On and reset the same. Please go to the Ruckus Switch (located in the panel) and disconnect from its ports the Ethernet cables of the other Access Points, except the one that you are going to work with. Later you could connect other APs.

I disconnected all cables from the Ruckus leaving the only POE from AP to Ruckus then reset with pin from the AP as shown.  The Red light came on the flashed green then solid.  Went on Ruckus Unleashed app to configure new wifi through app.  Then plugged back in cables to the Ruckus.  At the AP only lights lite green are PWR and CTL.  It would be so much easier of a process if Ruckus made troubleshooting videos that are a little more user friendly.  Heck, even if you have someone we can call and do a step by step.  As you can tell between the time lines between messages this process can take a very long time if you have someone very busy with there life schedule.
