The PoE port light of the RUCKUS R510 Access Point just means the PoE is working. However, please try to use a different ethernet cable and check the AP if the green light on the port. And all other AP lights on the front panel also are in the normal state. Please refer to the below link for the same.
Could you let us know if there are any network issues you are facing with the RUCKUS setup? If yes, please elaborate in detail to assist you accordingly.
