Ruckus box not working ( no power signal)

we had power outage in the morning, post that I am not Gettig any power in the Ruckus box 

I tried unplugging the power, not change . any solution greatly appreciated

HI Imran

Thanks for the files, I followed as per the instruction provided 

i am not able to get com3 on the device manager

I am seeing Standard serial over Bluetooth link (COM3)

i opened putty and entered COM3, putty has opened not able to edit anything in the putty 

Can you help on this

Thank you for the response and the update.

Please note that the COM port does not have to be COM3 specifically; it can be any available COM port. However, it should be the one labeled with 'Silicon Labs' as the device name.

 

Please make sure to download the zip drive for the file below & "extract all". Once it's extracted, run the file, the driver should be installed using the 2 links below.

Once installed restart your laptop and try to locate the COM port details under 'Ports (COM & LTP)' with cables connected between the Laptop and the Switch (Refer to the below screenshot), Please check and let me know if that works.

still I could not find the Silicon Labs COM files

Could you please share a picture showing the Software Recovery cable connections between the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and the Laptop?
