I just bought a home who was built by Lennar. I just got Internet service and I wanted to get the access point and switch going. I did a master reset on it and now all of the status lights are blinking and the access points lights are orange. When I try to connect to the configure me set up Wi-Fi from the access points through the ruckus app, it tells me I must be connected to the configure me set up, which I already am so therefore, I cannot even access anything because the system thinks that I’m not on the access points configure me Wi-Fi I don’t know what to do at this point could someone please help

As per the case description, I understand that you have recently purchased a new Lennar Home and need assistance in setting up your Ruckus network.
From the picture you shared, I see that the ethernet cable from your ISP is not connected to one of the 12 ports on the Switch.
Please unplug the ISP cable and connect to one of the 12 ports on the Switch as mentioned in the figure below:
For guidance on setting up your system, please refer to the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article linked below. The article includes detailed instructions for the setup process.
