I had NV engery come out and switch it back to there engery. I also had them look at the unit to see if they knew anything about it. They said that the unit must of just went out. Everything else in the home is good. Nothing else I the home went out.
I did what you asked and tried to follow link that you provided for the reset and I was unable to do that. I can't and don't understand the process. I am not a coder and don't understand coding. I need some one to call me or help me. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. You don't make it easy.
