R510 AP no power, no lights after power outage last week. WiFi working but not AP

I have a Lennar Home with Ruckus.   After the power outage my R510  AP has gone dark - no lights and the connection to the switch does not show any light.  Other ethernet lights all blinking.   I have tried to read the techincal solutions here but way above my expertise.  Also, I have only Apple Mac computers so most instruntions are for PCs.

Ready to garbage the whole Ruckus system.  I have tried powering off the Switch and the internet router to no avail.

Can someone please explain in simple english what to do please?  Or does anyone have a phone number for a service rep to come out to the house to fix the problem?    Thanks - Sid

Hello @Beanwinker ,

Greetings!

From the response you shared, I see that you were trying to connect to the terminal through ssh.

I would request you to please access the terminal through the Telnet option.

Once you open the terminal, please follow the below commands as mentioned in the below screenshot.

nc <IPAddress of the device> 23

Example: nc 192.168.254.62 23

If you can access the Command line should look like this:

????telnet@ICX7150-12P Switch>

Once we get the above prompt, we can execute the required commands as shared in the previous post check if the PoE is disabled or not.

Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hi Pinky,

I did find a way to install Telnet on  my Mac and followed the commands you sent.  Indeed the 1 through 12 were off.  I enabled them.  See the attached image.  Power has been restored to the AP!  Thank you for your patience and support.  Took awhile to get Telnet installed on an older Intel iMac instead of my Apple Silicon MacBook Pro.   Really appreciate your patience.

I wanted to attach a screen shot of the Switch configuration but I cannot upload photos on to your site any more.  Let me know how to share the screen shot - seemed to have worked before.
