R510 default login isn't wotking

R510 has been reset using reset button. This AC connected to external power source and network cable to computer. I could connect to login webpage and used super/sp-admin. After click on 'Unleash' webpage displays 'Login information is incorrect'.

Dear Imran,

it's Lennar Home. I am periodically assisting my fried, who owns this house, with technical issues.

This time everything "magically" turned to unknown stage. So, I am trying to reset APs to default and reconfigure back to what it was. Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P Switch seems to be working - I could connect to console and ran few 'show' commands. I used account that builder left on a sticker in network closet to connect to switch. But I used 'super/sp-admin' for AC and it's according to quick setup guide doc that I found online.
