Hello Community

how can i change the firmware version in the Default Zone in the vSZ? I want to downgrade the fw version, with it supports all of my AP's, the older ones too.

Thank you

Yes, that is correct. Please let us know if you run into any issues while moving the APs to the 3.6.2 Zone.

Thank you!

Hi @pluto09

Below is the steps to create the Registration rule and move the AP:

1. On the controller GUI  go to  >> AP registration rule under Network >> AP Settings >> AP Registration Rule >> Created Rule
2. You will have option to choose to move the APs based on IP address, Subnet Mask and Provision tag.
For example :
set the provision tag as "Old model".

3. So any AP which will try to connect to the controller using the provisional tag "Old model" will be moved to the "Zone you mentioned in the rule.
4.  From the AP we used the below command to set the provision tag.
rkscli: set provisioning-tag "Old model"
rkscli: set scg ip a.b.c.d
rkscli: reboot

5. If you are using other option like IP address, then configure as guided on the GUI.
