One AP R510 not powering on

I have two R510 APs that have not been working recently. I was able to upgrade my ICX7150 switch to the SPS08095hufi and this helped me in recovering one of the APs, but the second is still not powering on. I have tried disabling and enabling the PoE...

Resolved! Failed to auto recognize ICX IP address

I live in a Lennar home that was built in Dec 2020 that came with a ICX-7150-C12 switch & 2 R510 WAPs.  Within the last 10 days I have noticed the network dropping off intermittently to the point that my devices will say that the network is unstable ...
