no power to APs after switch power cycle

hi All, I had a recent modem+router failure (unit is bricked an sent for RMA). in doing my own troubleshooting, I powercycled the switch and now is no longer sending power or data to any unit. Only PWR (green) and SYST (amber) are on and solid color....
