Re: No Power AP R510

Hi there.  I have now received two replacement units.  Both units also had no power despite connecting to the POE and 12 volt plug.  The same 12 volt plug has no problem powering other devices, so I know the plug is working fine.What else can be done...

Red light stuck on Ruckus R510

I have two Ruckus R510 Access Points in my house. One of them is working fine and the lights are green. The other one is stuck with a red light on the PWR indicator. I tried resetting both my modem/router as well as the switch and nothing is working....
