The Android app has not been updated since the release of Unleashed 200.19. After updating to 200.19, when I click any Wi-Fi network, the app drops to the login screen, and I have to log in again. And the process repeats. I cannot control networks with it now. Can you please fix it?

Hi @Alleprt
Greetings!!!
Thank you for reaching out to the RUCKUS Lennar Home Community. .
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.
Based on your description, this behavior is commonly related to session handling issues or compatibility gaps between the Android Unleashed app and firmware version 200.19.
Please try the following steps:
1. Clear App Cache & Data
2. Reinstall the App
3. Try Web UI Access (Recommended Workaround)
Since the app is currently unstable with this firmware:
4. Check Firmware Consistency
5. Try a Different Device
6. Disable VPN / Private DNS (if enabled)
If the issue persists even after trying the above steps, please share:
This will help us investigate further.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi

Hello. I am surprised by this generic response. OK, I cleared the app's cache and data. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it didn't help. The first screen of the app after I log in shows a list of WLANs. When I click on any WLAN, the app crashes and takes me back to the login screen. If I do it several times in a row, Android says "The app keeps crashing" or something like this.
If I go to other screens with lists of APs or clients and click on them, the app functions normally. It only crashes when I click on WLANs. And this is the most used functionality for me. I use it to enable and disable certain WLANs as needed.
Android version is 16. The device is the Pixel 9 Pro. The app was updated on Feb. 24, 2026 last time. You seem to realize that it doesn't work properly with Unleashed 200.19. Please update the app. What's the point of the app when you suggest using a web browser to manage Unleashed? And yes, all APs were updated to 200.19.

Hi @Alleprt
Thank you for your response and the update.
I understand the steps may seem generic. However, they are part of the standard initial troubleshooting process to help isolate the issue.
At this point, it appears to be specific to the Android device you are using, as we have not received similar reports from other users. Could you please check the behavior on a different device to confirm?
In the meantime, I will also verify internally if there are any known issues.
Thank you again for your patience.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi
