Rucks is only showing up an amber light when connected to power and then goes dark. I have read similar post with same issue, and it seems that RMA is needed. Please let me know what else you need to get a replacement approved.
I have ruckus switch with wireless access points. I lost power to all access points and there are no lights on the switch either. I tried resetting and factory reset, and none of the options worked. Can you please help.
