After receiving my new Ruckus Swtich 7150 C12P I attempted to login through the IP address i found through IP scanner. When I attempted to login with standard passwords i was forbidden access. I cannot login to the switch or the ruckus app

I need instructions on how to setup my new Ruckus Swtich ICX 7150 C12P. I received an RMA for the switch and now need instructions on installing it and setting it up.

 After outage I submitted a request here and got some recommendations on how to resolve but it’s still not working correctly. I have attempted the things that were recommended and to a degree the WiFi is working but in others it’s not working at all....
