Internet dropping. Speeds are slow. Some rooms work better than others. Cable coming says all is working on their side. Do i need an update? How do i do that?
Red light on ceiling box solid. When I do all steps to reset you see temporary green lights but it eventually goes back to red. Who can I call for service?
