Resolved! ICX7150-C12P not powering on

I have a ICX7150-C12P that suddenly died and will not power on. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the power cable but it still will not power on. Can I please get an RMA for this?

Resolved! Unable to factory reset R510

R510 has the red power light illuminated but will not cycle when the reset is depress and released.  Same problems exist with power supply cable or POE cable.  I believe the AP needs repaired or replaced.  7150 switch shows all green lights.  What. I...
