Ruckus ICX7150-C12P No power… dead?

Hello,I am having issues with my Ruckus ICX7150-C12P. It appears it is completely dead. When I plug the power cord back on, the lights blinks once and then it shuts off. Is there any warranty I’m eligible for on my Ruckus ICX7150-C12P? Thanks!
