Wifi for ruckus is freezing and slowing up after power outage

After a power outage the internet is now working slower than before. It freezes up. Was running fine before. We have reset entire Ruckus box by unplugging. Also reset the boxes on each of the 3 floors in my house and still nothing has worked. What can we do? I was going to go best buy and just another wifi extender. Any thoughts?

Hi @CK 

Seems like you are presetting the routing code issue due the power outage the switch starts running the wrong code 

As a solution for now you can connect to your local router via Ethernet or Wi-Fi and your are not going to have connectivity issues from there 

I will leave a short Guide about the normal setup for home users:

Where the main (white) box in your cabinet is the switch (ICX 7150-12CP)

And the boxes on the ceiling are the Wireless Access Points

We have 2 ways to access to the Switch 1- In a logical way via Ip address (IPs are logical addresses given by the local router) so we would have to track which IP is that of the Switch (that is using).

The other method to access to the switch is via console (cable access) in this case we need a USB type C to USB standard or Console cable Rj45 to USB.

I am having trouble following that. Is there a youtube video with step by step instructions or can i schedule someone to come out to take a look? The instructions are very difficult to follow. 

Those videos are for new set up. Mine is already configured. It is just now running slow. I am not able to follow amy of the steps because i do not have the configure me option since mine is already set up. Do you have any other suggestions for me? Other than just going ahead and getting a wifi extender
