Wifi for ruckus is freezing and slowing up after power outage

After a power outage the internet is now working slower than before. It freezes up. Was running fine before. We have reset entire Ruckus box by unplugging. Also reset the boxes on each of the 3 floors in my house and still nothing has worked. What can we do? I was going to go best buy and just another wifi extender. Any thoughts?

My coworker Fernando, provided you the steps in how to access the Switch in order to fix the routing code issue, which in one of the symptom is slow connectivity, let add the guides back, important the access to the switch must be through console, and please read the guides carefully before start the troubleshooting.

Yes. But as I stated I am having no success with this at all. Since you do not have anyone that can walk me thru this via phone I will just have to order a wifi extender so I can have internet.

We do not have email, phone or remote access support, Lennar customers only receive support through the community forums, the guidance we provide we try to make it as non-technical as possible, however, I know that some technical steps can be difficult if you are not used to it, maybe you can ask for help from someone who has a Lennar house or hire a technician.

If you take a look at the instructions sent they do not provide step by step guides. The instructions are all over the place and words are mispelled so its unsure what you are trying to tell the individual to do. This Ruckus is wired into my entire home. It was working totally fine and just like that we have a power outage in my neighborhood and now it lags terribly. Strange thing is it still shows that it has a strong signal. But when working and playing games it lags terribly. I have just purchased a wifi extender and it should help. It sucks because the Ruckus is wired throughout my entire 3 story home.

Let me know which part of the Guides you are having difficulties, the first guide explains how to access the Switch through the console, once you got access to you need to check if your problem is related to the routing problem which seems to be your case based on your description.
