Wifi Connectivty Awful - Rest of AP does not fix issue - CONFIGURE.ME network will not show

Help! I bought my home in late 2018. I have an AP right above my office in my home. I can no longer have video calls without awful connectivity. Tried using a paperclip to reset the AP - It finally got back to three green lights. Went to Unleashed app (that used to let me "manage network" but now says I am not connected). Tried to go to "Typical Install" but CONFIGURE.MEE network never comes up under Wifi networks on my phone. HELP! I work from home and can't have connectivity like this and I am NOT techy. Rukus has been no help and I don't know what to do! I am in Irvine, CA so next is if someone knows a company that is familiar with this and can help...

Thanks for the detailed description of the issue.

 

To solve this issue we need to check whether all the devices are connected properly as mentioned in the below image.

Hi again - Here are the pics or our setup with the Ruckus switch and the two AP. The main issue we think is with the AP on the 3rd floor. The internet signal is horrible up there and that is where I mainly work every day. Please advise if you see something wrong with the setup. Please note in Pic #3 one orange light where the grey chord is going into. That chord goes into the router. Thank you!

Based on the images you have shared it seems like the cables are connected properly and the LED status of the switch is good.

 

To see configure.me please try to factory reset the access points by using the below steps and let us know the results.

 

For physical factory reset if you have two access points you need to disconnect the cable of the one access points (which is in good condition) and leave the other one in connected state ( in which you are going to perform factory reset). Once you are done with the factory reset make sure everything is good and reconnect the access point back.
