We are trying to fix our ruckus because the CTL light is out. So, I tried logging into unleashed app to install updates but keep getting (unleashed is not connected to internet please go to settings) and when I go to settings it doesn’t have anything I can do. We are a Lennar home.

Hello, Well I thought all was good after completing resetting my ruckus...but within a few days I no longer have access to the app again. I am frustrated by this as I had to go through resetting my ring, my sonos, my directv and do not want to have to reset the AP again.

I reinstalled the app and it says: "you are not connected to unleashed network. Go to settings." When i go to settings there is no action to connect anything. This the same issue last week when I had to go in and do a complete reset of my APs. which was a big hassle in that now our surround sound and directv do not work at all. I do not want to reset the APs again. So what is the issue here?
