We are trying to fix our ruckus because the CTL light is out. So, I tried logging into unleashed app to install updates but keep getting (unleashed is not connected to internet please go to settings) and when I go to settings it doesn’t have anything I can do. We are a Lennar home.

If you encounter difficulties accessing the Unleashed link or if you are unsure of the IP Address of your Access Points, please refer to our guide on finding the IP Address of the Access Point:
Please check the IP address of the Master Access Point and try to log into Unleashed on a web browser.

I will try to scan using the app once I return home. Since that will likely be after hours and I won't be able to reach anyone. How does having the IP address help me to login into the app when it never allows me to get that far? We only have two internets in our household, the Lennar issues at the time of our home purchase (we are original owners) and the AT&T one. We have tried getting into the app to do the update using both of those wifi's and both say "you are not connected to Unleashed network Go to settings." We don't have any other networks and never have since living in the home. In addition, Lennar put the sticker on the Ruckus saying what wifi it is...and it still does not allow access to the app. Again, the link you provided https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ does not go anywhere. So I can't login there either.

When I click the link you provided it just keeps saying "this site can't be reached"

It looks like the info you gave me to the app "Fing network scanner" on how to find the IP address requires a subscription.

IP Scan applications can be used free.
Please check once you are connected on the RUCKUS Wi-Fi network at home.
