My power went out and when everything came back on, the Ruckus was not working. Stuck on boot mode apparently according to this forum. I tried everything, accessing the unleashed app on my phone, does not find network. I tried locating the IP address but nothing comes up with Ruckus. I tried factory reset but it all the lights just blink amber forever and nothing happens.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues with the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch stuck in boot mode.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.
Could you please let me know if your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch has an Amber/Yellow LED as shown in the picture below? If yes, the Switch is stuck in the boot mode.
Please try it multiple times as described in the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article.
If that doesn’t make any difference, Software Recovery is the last option. Refer to the below link guide for the same.

Yes. Those are the lights. I've tried everything. Tried accessing through the unleashed app and no network found. Tried locating the IP address and no ruckus is showing up. Tried factory reset and it just blinks orange forever. Tried the software recovery and got stuck on the part where I need a COM number.

Could you please share a picture showing the Software Recovery cable connections between the Switch and the Laptop?
Please follow the below steps:
1. Once again, please make sure to download the zip drive for the file below & "extract all". Once it's extracted, run the file, the driver should be installed using the 2 links below.

Link 2: silabs.com/developers/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers?tab=downloads
Once installed restart your laptop and try to locate the COM port details under 'Ports (COM & LTP)' with cables connected between the Laptop and the Switch (Refer to the below screenshot), Please check and let me know if that works.
2. The IP scan is not required for the Software Recovery process, as the Switch IP address is not needed. However, please note that the switch will not obtain an IP address since it is currently stuck in boot mode. For detailed instructions, kindly refer to the Software Recovery process carefully outlined in the link below.
