I'm having issues with my switch (ICX-7150-C12P) and 2 AP (R510). I've read all the articles and completed system resets from the switch and the primary AP. I've walked through the steps for Configure.Me and the setup was complete, but it doesn't show my wifi info for the available networks. The dashboard has an error message for the internet connection. Please help.

Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I understand that you are facing issues with your Ruckus system.
Could you please confirm if you have connected the Access point to the Ruckus Switch?
Also, please confirm if the ISP ethernet cable is connected to one of the 12 ports on the Switch.
From the screenshot you shared, I see that the Access point is not connected to the ISP Internet.
As it is not connected to the ISP internet, they are not receiving the IP address from ISP DNS server.

Yes, the APs are connected to the switch, as well as the ISP. All 3 are connected to one of the 12 ports within the switch. My APs light have now updated. (see attachments) My wifi name now shows up under available networks. When I select the network, I get a connection failed message or can't connect to IP address.

Could you please log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ ?
If you can’t access using the above link and don’t know the IP Address of the Access Points. Please refer to the below guide to find the IP Address of the Access Point to get the requested information.
How to find the IP Address of the RUCKUS Devices (Switch and APs) using IP Scanner free applications
You should see the below-Unleashed dashboard after finding the IP Address of the AP. Try to log in
Once you see the above dashboard, please try to use the default combination credentials as mentioned below.
Once you login to the Unleashed dashboard, we recommend creating a new WLAN and reconnecting the devices to the new network.
Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to factory reset the AP and create new Wi-Fi network.
