This RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article is intended to guide Lennar Home RUCKUS device users through the process of setting up a new Wireless LAN (WLAN)/Service Set Identifier (SSID) that operates on 2.4GHz, 5GHz, or both radio channels through RUCKUS Unleashed Access Points.
By creating separate networks, you can better manage wireless resources, reduce interference, and improve overall network performance.
1. Log in to the RUCKUS Unleashed Dashboard:

2. Navigate to the Wi-Fi Networks Section:

3. Add a New Wi-Fi Network:

9. Radio Control: Choose the appropriate radio type for the WLAN to operate on, based on the desired frequency band (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz). This allows you to optimize performance by selecting the radio that best suits the needs of your network and devices.
Select the radio type that aligns with your network requirements to ensure optimal performance and reduce interference.
