Switch and access point issues

I'm having issues with my switch (ICX-7150-C12P) and 2 AP (R510). I've read all the articles and completed system resets from the switch and the primary AP. I've walked through the steps for Configure.Me and the setup was complete, but it doesn't show my wifi info for the available networks. The dashboard has an error message for the internet connection. Hello, unfortunately this did not work. I'm still unable to connect to the internet or find my IP address. My AP lights were flashing yesterday, now they're the same as the pictures above on 5/27. Not sure where to go from here.

Please confirm if you have performed a factory reset on the AP and tried to create a new Wi-Fi network.

Could you please share a screenshot of the point where you are getting stuck ?
