Usually, for Lennar RUCKUS devices troubleshooting purposes, there are some instances where we need the IP Addresses of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and RUCKUS R510 Access Points to access them using a Web browser Graphical User Interface (GUI) or Command Line Interface (CLI)
This Lennar Knowledge Base guide will help to know how to find out the IP Address of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and RUCKUS R510 Access Points using an IP Scanner application.

Solution or Process:
For Windows machines:
Here is the Advance IP Scanner application’s download link and an Important Video link showing the process of how to find the IP address.
For Apple/MAC devices:
Here is the LanScan IP scan application’s download link for MAC devices and an Important Video link showing the process of how to find the IP address.
For Android/iOS Mobile devices:
Here is the IP scan Mobile application’s download link and an Important Video link showing the process of how to find the IP address on the mobile device.
The steps for the IP Scan process: (Windows)
1. Download the Advanced IP Scanner Application using the links given in the solution. (Refer Figure 1)

2. Proceed to run the application (it can be portable and ‘does not need to be installed’ or install.exe which installs the app on your computer). Refer to Figures 2 and 3.

3. Once the application is opened, click on the Scan button to start the application's IP Scanning process. (Refer Figure 4)

4. Ruckus devices are going to be detected as Ruckus Wireless / Ruckus ICX-7150 Switch / Ruckus Router / Unleashed etc., as shown in Figure 5.

5. Once you know the IP Address of the RUCKUS Device, please paste the IP Address on the Web Browser URL to confirm.
Diagnostic Steps:
For RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch:
Please check the IP Addresses from the IP scan results, by the name of Ruckus Wireless or Brocade Communications to confirm the IP address of the Switch.
We must see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the Figure 6 to confirm it’s a RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch’s IP Address.

For RUCKUS R510 Access Points:
Please check the IP Addresses from the IP scan results, by the name of Ruckus Wireless or Ruckus-Unleashed to confirm the IP address of the Unleashed Access Points.
We must see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the Figure 8 to confirm it’s a RUCKUS Unleashed Access Point’s IP Address.
