Sign-in to get Switch’s login dashboard

My Unleashed app is not recognizing my internet.  I am following the steps to fix this.  I have verified the IP Address.  I am at the point to get the Switch’s Login Dashboard.  But, I cannot login to get the dashboard.  How do I do that?  My Ruckus signin isn’t working.  Thanks for any help.

Hi Pinky!

I went through all the commands.  Yes, the responses to the commands were lengthy, and I have no idea what they mean.  When I entered the last command: show lldp neighbors detail, the response was LLDP is not running.

Again, sorry I cannot do a screenshot.  Hope this gives you what you need.

From the response shared, I understand that you are getting an error message “lldp is not running” as an output of the command.

However, we need the output of the remaining commands to assist you further.

I understand that your Switch is on older version, which is 08080d.

We suggest upgrading your switch to the latest stable version to avoid this issue in the future.

I am trying to do the upgrade per your last communication.  I downloaded the 08.080f version.  Then the instructions say to copy the mnz10114.bin.file.  It doesn't say where to   Do I copy the unzipped file?  Do I copy the file to the new folder called Upgrade created in step 8.  Thanks MarkG
