Sign-in to get Switch’s login dashboard

My Unleashed app is not recognizing my internet.  I am following the steps to fix this.  I have verified the IP Address.  I am at the point to get the Switch’s Login Dashboard.  But, I cannot login to get the dashboard.  How do I do that?  My Ruckus signin isn’t working.  Thanks for any help.

Hello @MarkG ,

Thank you for the response.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are not seeing Switch in the Unleashed system.

We may need to check some configurations of your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch to troubleshoot this issue.

To proceed with troubleshooting the issue, please follow the steps outlined below to access the Command Line Interface (CLI) and provide the necessary command outputs:

1. First, identify the current IP address assigned to the switch ICX-7150-C12P by your local router. You can use an IP scanner tool to easily locate the switch's IP address on your network. Here is a guide on how to perform this using IP Scanner free applications:

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/How-to-find-the-IP-Address-o...

2. Once you have identified the IP address of the switch, proceed to access the Command Line Interface (CLI) of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P switch. Here is a guide on how to access the CLI:

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/How-to-access-the-Command-Li...

If you can access the Command line the prompt should look like below:

ICX7150-C12 Router> OR

ICX7150-C12 Switch>

3. After successfully accessing the CLI, please execute the following commands and provide the outputs:

   enable

   show version

   show flash

   show inline power

   show inline power detail

   show interface brief

   show ip address

   show lldp neighbors detail

Please share the command outputs or screenshots if you encounter any issues or errors during these steps.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or require further assistance.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience.

Hi Pinky...  I hope I don't confuse you as the messages disappeared and then came back.  This may be somewhat a duplicate.....

I was able to download Putty and got to the Command Line Interface using Telnet, Port 23.

I entered the first command: enable.  This is what I got:  (Sorry I could not figure out how to do a screenshot.)

telnet ICX7150-C12 Switch>enable

No password has been assigned yet

telnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch#

I entered show version after the #.  A bunch of stuff came up and I could not go forward.

I am doing the best I can.  I am no techy.  If there is someone in San Antonio, that can do this, I would pay them.   MarkG

Hello @MarkG ,

Thank you for your response.

I understand that after entering the show version command, you're not seeing the prompt telnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch#.

This is expected, as the command output can be lengthy. Please continue pressing the Space key to scroll through the information until the prompt telnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch# appears again.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to let us know.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
