Hi I did follow the steps to do Reset of teh AP. still unable to access the ip address http://192.168.1.81/   I have two APs and I disconnected from ICX switch one of the APs and Reset the other one. Its back on stable and green lit. But Unable to access IP or on UNLEASHED App on mobile. It says first connect to Wifi ConfiguremeXXXXX   but that is not an option visible in my wifi list

Hello @Satishk4 ,

Thank you for the response.

From the response, I understand that you are unable to see your Ruckus Access points Wifi network and it is broadcasting Configure.Me network.

We would suggest you to please perform the Access point factory reset by following the Lennar Knowledge Base Self Help article using the link:

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/Physical-Factory-Reset-an-Ac...

Please let me know if you are able to reset the Access point and if you have any further queries.

Thank you again for your patience.

I have done factory reset as [er atatched link you provided. The Ruckus AP isnt logging in and I dont see ConfiguremeXXX wifi

Hello @Satishk4 ,

Thank you for the response.

From the response shared, I understand that you are unable to find Configure.Me XXXX option during factory reset.

Note: If you have multiple Access Points (APs) in your home, please go to the Ruckus Switch, disconnect from its ports the Ethernet cables of all the Access Points, except the one that you are going to work with. Once the process is finished, connect back to the Ruckus Switch the access points that you disconnected before, and they will connect into the network automatically after a few minutes.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to factory reset the AP and create new Wi-Fi network.

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/Guidelines-on-creating-a-Wir...

Please follow the article and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience.
