Reset house power, AP network is very slow or fails to load url requests despite speed testing well

Reset house power while troubleshooting an electrical issue, now Ruckus access point network is very slow or fails to load url requests despite speed testing well. Ruckus app won’t allow me to log in to manage the AP based network.

Carefully following the CLI for ssh into the box was the ONLY way this was fixable. I'm not certain why the GUI is suggested, it failed at least 5 times.

The GUI and CLI both now report that the SPS prefixed boot image is being used to boot, and I've overwritten the secondary boot image with the SPS to eliminate the possibility of this happening again.

Are there any guided workflow articles on updating the firmware from 90 to 95?

I've followed the guide fully, however on logging back in to the switch, the "Monitor>Device>Running Image Version" is still showing the "SPR" instead of "SPS". Is that an issue?

So the primary guide with picture of the GUI for switch says in bold text  "Select primary flash", but the picture itself shows that "Secondary flash" has been selected. Cross referencing the CLI guide, that guide states "secondary flash" is needed. Seems like a typo in the first guide where "primary" is noted in the bold text. I've attempted to flash twice the primary, which isn't working. I'll attempt the secondary flash next.

I'm still having issues, nothing seems to be working correctly.

I've followed the guide numerous times, except when i reboot and login the image shows SPR each time. No amount of reboot or boot sequence settings changes this.

I've attempted SSH and Telnet logins, but each of these fails due to different reasons. For ssh I get "Unable to negotiate with 192.168.1.** port 22: no matching key exchange method found. Their offer: diffie-hellman-group14-sha1,diffie-hellman-group1-sha1" I am using the same IP address I've used to login to the web portal.

For telnet I get: "connection refused" after the attempt.

I'm worried I need to update the firmware, I'm running SW: Version 08.0.90dT213Compiled on Sep 23 2019 at 00:00:25 labeled as SPR08090d, and I know that 95 is the latest.
