I have two APs from the Ruckus router. It seems like only one can work at a time. I tied swapping cables and seems to work only with one port no matter which AP is connected. Please help.

Hi @Kamrul08844
Thank you for sending over those details!
To help us get your Wi-Fi back up and running, we need to check a few physical connections on your RUCKUS ICX Switch and take a look at the inactive Access Point (AP).
Please try the following steps when you have a moment:
Check the Power on the Inactive Access Point:
Is the power light on the non-working Access Point green, or is it completely dark?
Also, when you log into your Unleashed App/Dashboard, do you see this second Access Point listed under the Access Points tab?
Check the Switch Port Lights:
When you plug any device or Access Point into your RUCKUS ICX Switch, does the light on that port turn on, or does it stay off?
Verify You Are Using a Power/PoE Port:
Your RUCKUS switch has specific ports that deliver power (PoE) to your Access Points. On your switch, only the first 12 ports provide power.
Please make sure your Access Point is plugged into one of these first 12 ports so it can power on. (I've attached a picture and a hardware quick guide to help you identify these ports!)
Test the Internet Connection:
Plug a laptop directly into one of those first 12 ports on the switch using an Ethernet cable. Does your laptop get internet access? Please test a few of these ports if possible.
Gather Diagnostic Data (If Comfortable):
If you are able to access the switch remotely via SSH or through a console cable, please run the attached commands and send us the results. (I’ve attached a step-by-step guide on how to gain console/SSH access.)
Commands:
enable
show poe
show inline power details
show version
show flash
show interfaces brief
show log
