I am not a technology person so I need plain language and step by step, with screenshot guidance on how to fix my ruckus. It was working well until I had a power outage this week. I do have ATT internet still working, but ruckus is not sending the signal to all the boxes in every floor nor connecting all the devices such as Ring. Any help will be appreciated.
Thankfully for me, we had another power outage today and all the APs are working now. I am back to normal status and my home is a smart home again. Is there a way to avoid this disconnect to happen again in future power outages? Any guidance will be truly appreciated. Thank you!
