I have 3 wireless access points (purple wires) connected to a Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P switch. It has been working since my Lennar home was built in 2018, until today. The switch SYST and PWR lights are green but the access points have no power. In addition to the 3 access points (purple wires), there are 3 other lines (black wires) connected to the switch for Samsung, Kevo and Lutron. Those 3 (black wires) are working and show amber lights at the switch ports. The 3 access point wire ports (purple wires) on the switch show no lights. I have read in many of the forums to reset the switch. I have reset it a handful of times with no results. Resetting the access points doesn't do anything because they have no power. What's next?

Hello @JasonO13
Greetings!!!
Thank you for your response and the information provided.
Based on the screenshot you shared, it appears that your current Switch is running on an older non-UFI 08061a version. To ensure optimal performance for Lennar Homes users, I recommend upgrading the Switch to a recommended version.
For detailed instructions on how to upgrade the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch from a Non-Unified Forwarding (Non-UFI) version, please refer to the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article available here:
https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/How-to-upgrade-RUCKUS-ICX-71...
Since you have access to the CLI, I recommend following the 2nd option outlined in the article.
Please proceed with the upgrade process and feel free to reach out if you encounter any challenges or require assistance during any step of the process.
Thank you once again for your patience and cooperation.
Best regards,

Imran,
I'm following the second option to upgrade my switch but I cannot get access to this download:
https://github.com/peacepenguin/tftpd64/releases
I clicked on the link and it tells me page not found and it is not the webpage I'm looking for. So it seems I'm stuck at this step.

Imran,
This is much too complicated. I can't imagine most people can follow along with these instructions. Do you offer another service where you can perform the upgrade?
I have downloaded the 3 files but in the TFTP application, my server interface does not match my computer IP address. So I don't think this is working properly for me.
