Hello pinky_ruckus,

There was a thunderstorm while we were away from the house around the end of June 2024. When we returned the APs were not working. The switch has lights on when plugged into the outlet. I've attached a picture showing the lights. There are 3 cables connected to the switch. The first cable runs from the router to the switch. That port has a green light. The 2 other cables runs from the 2 APs to the switch. Those ports don't have lights.

Hello @J8yS1n_D1nM4r3 ,

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that your Ruckus APs are not working after the power outage.

From the pictures you shared, the lights on the Switch is normal and switch is working and there are no lights in the access points, it is always good to check if the PoE is disabled or not.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to check if the PoE is disabled and to fix the issue if it is disabled.

Please follow the process and let me know if you need any help during the process.

Thank you again for your patience.

I am unable to find the IP address for my switch using the IP scanner software. My switch's MAC address is 78:A6:E1:3E:48:E8 and I don't see it in the below screen shot:
