My Ruckus wireless router seems to have stopped connecting to any website - Reset etc doesn't work. I put the device off for 5 mins, didn't help. I hit the reset button, didn't help. The verizon modem connects to the internet just fine - all the problem is at the Ruckus router.

Hello

Most of the services were disabled in the Ruckus console. After enabling the internet works as expected from the Ruckus wifi name. Is this the correct fix?

Hi - I am having a similar issue. I followed the similar steps using PuTTY.

1. I get an unexpected request to log in as but have been able to bypass it.

2. I get the CLI and can enter the command enable, but the commands "show version" and "show flash" are not recognized.

3. I have updated the FW (200.14.6.1.179) which showed initial success, but the issue of the internet dropping continues. I have confirmed by login into to the WAP using the browser.

4. Should I run restore factory settings via the web?

For the unexpected login prompt with Putty, the agent asked me to use Telnet. It worked - no login necessary.
