I would request you to please login to your Unleashed system on a web browser using the Master AP IP Address or https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ .

If you can’t access using the above link and don’t know the IP Address of the Access Points. Please refer to the below guide to find the IP Address of the Access Point to get the requested information.

You should see the below-Unleashed dashboard after finding the IP Address of the AP. Try to log in

Hi Pinky,

The image shown at the top of this link, "RUCKUS Forums - Re: ICX 7150-C12 Web Access - CommScope RUCKUS Community Forums," is what I am getting (Black stripe). Once I click on "Login," a popup appears asking for my user ID and password. I tried all combinations, such as user ID - admin, sp-admin, ruckus, ruckus1, ruckus, Lennar, lennar with password - admin, sp-admin, Ruckus!, Ruckus1, Lennar1, Lennar, lennar1, lennar1  etc. —but none of the combinations are working.

Please help!
