Lennar ICX 7150-12P Very slow - current forum instructions not working

Help!  My Lennar-installed Ruckus system is very slow compared (150-200 mbps) to the internet to the AT&T gateway (~1000 mbps).  I am trying to follow the instructions in the following posts:

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-Fix-Routing-code-issu...

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-solve-the-routing-cod...

In my terminal I cannot get the functions to work that the instructions call for.  Every time I try to use "show version" or "show flash" or “boot system flash primary yes” or "copy flash flash primary" or "copy flash flash secondary" the terminal says "The command is either unrecognized or incomplete. To view a list of commands that you can run  from this context, type '?' or 'help'."

I am using a Mac for troubleshooting - PC not an option.

Please help asap!

I am able to access the switch IP.  I have tried these instructions with no luck on the speed.

My router from ATT is showing near 1000 mbps, but still the slow speed once I switch to the Ruckus system.  I confirm that everything is in the proper sequence and I am booting from SPS.  It seems that the switch has another issue that is significantly slowing down the wifi.

Update: I was able to test a ethernet direct cable from switch to computer and that resulted in high speed matching that of directly from the router.  This said it appears to be something from the switch to the access points (there are 2).  I have tested each access point individually (unplugging one at a time) and they result in the same slow speed.  What can I try next?

Hi @ahalper0227

Thanks for the detailed information.

I cannot find this in the web GUI (the only way I've been able to get to the switch).  Which menu item do you need from the GUI?
