I have factory reset my master AP in my home and see the Configure.Me in my available networks, however, it never establishes a connection when selecting it so I am unable to set-up a new WLAN. In the mobile app setup I get a prompt that I am connected to Configure.Me but the connection to the unleashed AP is not established and asks that I wait for the WiFi symbol to load on my device - but it never does. PWR light on the AP is a solid-state green. All other lights are off.

Please try all default credentials that are on the below guide :
Admin usernames and passwords for the Ruckus Wi-Fi Access Points/Switch for Lennar home users
Most common username : admin password : Lennar
admin/Ruckus!
admin/Ruckus1
admin/lennar
If not what it means that you are doing the factory reset incorrectly make sure you disconnect all other APs on the network and preform the Factory reset to the only AP that remains connected to the ICX-Switch 7150.

I've tried all these steps and still am unsuccessful. The Configure Me network shows within my available networks but it does not allow me to connect on either my laptop or my mobile device - I simply receive a "no internet conenction" message when I try.

Make sure you have internet connection from your ISP ( internet provider ) and the cables are correctly setup on the ICX-Switch.

Also If you can not connect via SSID you need to configure this via IP address you need to identify which IP address is using your Access Point then copy and past it in a URL to start the setup via browser :

Both APs appear to be in switch mode (S) so no issues there. When entering my IP address I am not able to access the interface and I am using credentials provided on my switch box by Lennar. My modem connection is steady and has been during the troubleshooting of the APs.
