I own a lennar home, and my Ruckus unleashed isn't working. The 'CTL' light is off, I can connect to the WiFi, but there's no internet. Could you please assist me?

Hi @richjeet
Greetings!!!
Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
I hope you are doing well!!!
Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working, and Access Points do not have power.
Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?
- Was this working before or is it a new installation? If it worked before, was there any power outage before you started facing this issue?
- On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on. (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)
3. Is your Internet Connection from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) stable and working? (You could check this by connecting to your local router Wi-Fi or from an ethernet cable from the Router to a laptop/PC).
4.May I know how many Access Points are connected to the Switch? Could you please let me know the light status on the Access Points? Any of these lights are on (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same)
Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of the lights and cable connections to the Switch ports. Also, light the status of Access Points.
Before uploading the photos please log in to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.
Please let us know the answers to ALL the above queries or let us know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience.
Kind regards,
Sofia Gätjens

Here are the answers to the questions asked:
- The Ruckus was working before and I started experiencing the issue only after power outage.
- There are lights on , have added the picture for reference.
- Internet connection from the ISP is stable and working fine.
- I have 3 APs connected to the switch ( 3 lights are on - PWR, 2.4G and 5G are green) Picture added.

Hi @richjeet
The CTL light should only be illuminated on one of the APs. The AP with the illuminated CTL light is the master AP, while the members should have that light turned off.
Now, concerning the problem, it appears that you are encountering a "Routing code issue," which seems to have started after a power outage.
Symptoms
Websites not loading
Devices getting disconnected or having problems working as intended.
Network dropping at random points in time.
Smart devices not being able to connect to the internet.
Unleashed dashboard sometimes not showing as "Connected" on the Internet tab.
Slow connectivity
Please check the links below and the article:
How to solve the routing code issue in your ICX7150 Switch.
How to Fix Routing code issues on Lennar Home users via Web GUI.
Fixing RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch Routing Code (SPR) issue using Command Line Interface (CLI)
To access by console you must install a driver so that the workstation/pc/desktop or laptop can recognize the cable
Make sure to download the zip drive for the file below & "extract all". Once it's extracted, run the file ,driver should be installed.

Please install the drivers, and then attempt to access again.
Feel free to contact me if you have questions.
